And nearly got killed."While writing the story, the missing families home was purchased by Goodwin College whose historians discovered that it was originally constructed as part of ferry service and home by Samuel Colt "Colt 45" which added to the mystery. Why did it take so long to share the story? We swore an oath to never tell anyone about what happened. Both my friends have passed on, and I felt it was time.
