I just simply closed my eyes at bedtime and my spirit-soul would lift from my body, travel to heaven, cosmos, and hell, then return sometime later. In my first vision Christ came to me and said, "You are welcome; Please come,". Christ invited me to journey into heaven and hell and the cosmos, and my spirit was escorted by a guardian angel, seeing over my travels. Sometimes I would ask question and was given an answer.
