Returning from the cruise, TJ is informed that a long-time family friend is caught in a franchise scheme directed by Rooster McGowan and enforced by his Russian leg-breaker, the giant, Otto. TJ attempts to negotiate a settlement but that is rejected and it looks like war as a deadline looms. TJ enlists additional aid from Jack the Ranger and the posse is ready. Rooster is killed, TJ is a suspect, a new player comes from Ireland for revenge as the Russian mob takes over the scam. Otto goes on a rampage, attacks Wendy, is shot by her as she escapes and he disappears. Tracked down by a SWAT team, Otto engages in a fire-fight. After the smoke clears, and all seems to return to normal, one final threat confronts TJ and Wendy until Weasel "takes care of things." Wendy meets a young teen girl who breaks her heart.
