Camp Quarantine

Jasmine Walston
4.9/5 (30240 ratings)
Description:A young woman fond of singing finds herself, with the rest of the world, tossed into the chaos of war. Lacking any other useful skill, Evie sets off to a hospital camp to sing for the men and boost morale. On arriving, however, she finds herself trapped in the midst of a quarantine. Just when the quarantine is about to be lifted, she herself gets sick. The men are angry as this means they cannot leave or contact their families. Evie tosses and turns and has terrible dreams. A kindly person suggests to the men that they tell her stories about life back home to help her get better. One does, and soon all the men follow his example. Evie begins to get better, but her dreams grow in intensity. She dreams of all the men's families and friends far away, and sees things that are happening to them. She tells them of these scenes and they discover that they are true. These visions bring with them pain, despair, and surprisingly, hope. Evie befriends everyone at camp, each in their own way, learning about them through their words and her visions. The dreams fade as she gets better, but the memories linger, and even when they all go their separate ways, not one of them forgets their days in Camp Quarantine. We have made it easy for you to find a PDF Ebooks without any digging.
