D. degrees from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and joined the Department of Higher Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh as Lecturer in History in July 1992. At present he is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of History at Indira Gandhi Government College, Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh.
