Y., August 18, 19, and 20, 1874If the friends of blind children become acquainted with an Institution, either by personal visitation, or by information from those who have visited it, their reluctance to send their children is much more easily overcome, they may then accustom their children, who may not yet be old enough to enter, to look forward with interest and pleasure to the time when they can be received.
