As disturbing as it may be the evidence favoring this is extremely compelling and convincing, if not overwhelmingly conclusive. So who or what was responsible for implanting life on planet Earth? Even though The Terran Directive is a fictional story it is based on information taken from ancient Earth civilization texts, on testimony from scientific, military and intelligence experts, contactees, physical evidence, astronomical data and calculations, and even mainstream scientific reporting. But why would an advanced extraterrestrial civilization take such a keen interest in developing Homo sapiens? Why would it want to go to such enormous lengths and undertake such a project which would have required many millions of years to complete? The Law of Biogenesis published in 1864, attributed to chemist and microbiologist Louis Pasteur, states that life arises from pre-existing life, not from non-living material. According to this landmark theory life is an unbroken chain of living organisms that go back all the way to the origin of life in the Universe. If true, then who or what is responsible for the origin of human life on Earth? The late astronomer Dr. Carl Sagan described it best when he said that “we are all made from star stuff.” Perhaps the elusive truth has been staring us in the face all this time.
