L. And Kate (peterkin) Whiting, the former a well known and prominent contractor and builder who also was engaged in agricultural pur suits for some time. The parents now make their home in Snohomish, Washington. Judge and Mrs. Edwards have two daughters, Helen Catherine and Mildred Irene. The former is a graduate of Cornell College of Mount Vernon, Iowa, and received the Master of Arts degree from Chicago University in August, 1913.
