He spoke, likewise, a good deal about Lord Overstone's enormous store of anecdotes. Amongst other strange things which the old man was in the habit of recounting was, that he had seen Peel in tears about the Duke of Wellington, and the Duke of Wellington in tears about Peel. Another of our subject to-night was the Metaphysical Society.
