Description:Delmark, a man of exceptionally short stature, works hard as he pursues his dream as a traveling thespian. As if never being taken seriously and constantly being stuck with bit parts is not enough, the troupe find themselves stuck in a blizzard while traveling down the Chilmoar Mountains. Prince Lucius, discovering his feelings for his best friend, a delida halfling named Rar, distances himself and leaves to visit the Princess of Tiloop, the princess that he is to one day marry. Tensions run high as the Fleeruira Prince and Tiloop King constantly butt heads over the princess, who is completely enamored with the prince. With Prince Lucius away, Rar decides to visit another friend, and does his best to keep his spirits up despite the constant rejections and disappointments that he faces. However, things brighten up for Rar, as with the Death Season Ending and the Silence Season now upon the land, the Kingdom of Fleeruira is covered with snow! Rar loves spending time with his best friend, the stoic prince, and is excited about the snow, even though the prince is not. Prince Lucius endures the cold and, through chattering teeth, entertains his best friend. The Silence Solstice arrives, and with it, another fun festival filled with rides made from ice and magic! Yes, goodwill and joy are in the air, and even the "heartless" prince, caves in and allows his tower to be decorated for the holiday. Alas, even with the snow and joy in the air, darkness still exists. Two-headed creatures, an aggressive king, a ruthless noble, and of course, The Dark Figure. Things take an extreme turn as The Dark Figure returns to a hidden hole in the snow-covered forest to retrieve their beloved. From there, things only get worse, as Prince Lucius' new gift leads him to making a very bloody mistake, and Rar's scratching and sudden sickness become worse and worse. With every card drawn, and ever die cast, things seem to grow more dire, and death is suddenly unavoidable for one beloved character. Who will die? How will they die?
