Benson, a collection by a contemporary master or one of the billion-or-so compilations of tales by Lovecraft, Bradbury or Poe, there's no other kind of book I'd rather curl up with. So when the opportunity presented itself for me to put together my first collection of stories, I jumped at the chance.
