Appoint different members of the committee in turn to develop this side of the theme. The Committee Organized. -- Subdivide the work of the committee so that each may know what he has to do, and be responsible for some particular task. One may be the secretary; another the treasurer, and have charge, not only of the collecting of money, but of the Tenth Legion, and of other spurs to increased benevolence. Another may be librarian, unless it seems best to give the library in charge of some Endeavorer outside the committee. At any rate, he will seek to promote missionary reading and study. Still another will be corresponding secretary, and carry on the letter-writing. The relief work will be placed in the hands of another, the missionary meetings in the hands of another, the missionary socials will be assigned to another, the work in newspaper and magazine clipping to another, and so on.
