Description:A young couple, stealing the only shuttle on board, escape the troubled mother ship that belongs to members of a highly advanced civilization. In a quadrant of the universe far away from their home world, they hope to find a livable planet where they could start their own civilization free of protocols and strict regulations. The automated controls of their shuttle, while scanning for signs of life, rule out planet Earth as too dangerous of a place and pick a tiny planet instead in a strange solar system. The humanoid inhabitants of that planet - living in their 'stone age' - look pretty much like the couple. One major difference in their appearance is size: they are about two thirds smaller. Since the shuttle is badly damaged when they exit the mother ship, continuing the search is not an option. The young man has a 'great' idea: he will use their 'bio-blaster' weapon to speed up evolution on the planet. "If these creatures become as intelligent as we are", he explains his female partner, "we can live among them safely...
